"Extremely disappointed with staff at East 87th location. After coming to Manhattan Womens Health for years and having a baby delivered by one of the doctors there, it'll be now my last visit. I don't want to say much of what my issues were but I was treated like an idiot for not knowing who my appointment was with (it's a clinic with multiple doctors and nurses) I was then told the service I needed couldn't be provided.. I've been coming here for years but sadly this will be my last time. I'm super grateful for Dr Gavrilman and Dr Dupreval during the last 4 years. Staff at the East 87th Street have serious client service issues. I don't understand why I felt like I bothered them so much by not knowing who I was supposed to see. I have a handful of appointments for a couple.medical reasons these weeks so pardon me for forgetting the name of one. Also, I guess what I've had tested there a few times in the last 3 years isn't something you do anymore? That's strange. I wouldn't recommend coming here, the park avenue location was always great though.. I've been left with the worst feeling upon leaving.. all I can say is that if your job makes you unhappy it's time to move on."

"Brought my girlfriend here for an emergency appointment, and it went really well. Staff and doctor were really nice and accommodating (on a saturday no less). The office had a very pleasant atmosphere and the cost was very reasonable considering she didn't have any insurance."
