"I had a rash all over my face and neck And Dr. Maryles kept telling me that I was fine And that there was nothing there and I only had acne. Meanwhile my face was burning and I had red dots all over and I told her this is not normally how my face looks and chest. She didn’t even touch it or take any sample and look at it under a microscope to see what it was. She said that I must be allergic to something and I have to get skin patch testing. Meanwhile I went somewhere else and got a topical antibiotic and now it is cured. I had a skin infection. Always be your own advocate and if your body is telling you something don’t listen to these people"

"Sent me to collections for a bill that was not even 30 days late. They waited a year to send me an invoice for a service done the prior year and than when I did not pay the day I received the bill they charged an old credit card on file that was denied because it was no longer valid without my prior knowledge. Instead of calling me to discuss they bill they sent me directly to collections within 2 weeks. Absolutely disgusting place. Will never recommend them again. Thank god the doctor I use to see is no longer with the practice as she was wonderful."

"I am very disappointed that the company has someone at the reception area that is inconsiderate towards sick people. I was there for an emergency visit and the Doctor as always was very helpful and kind but I wanted my prescription location changed. After calling and requesting it to be changed the young lady kept telling me it was sent and I waited at the pharmacy for over three hours after calling her. She said she canceled it but did not change the location as yet. At this point I was very tired so I asked her to just reactivate the old prescription and I would pick it up at the previous location. Two hours after I called her again, after the pharmacy said no one called in anything, she told me she did it and the pharmacy said it would be ready in one hour, because she was so dishonest, before I took the bus all the way there, I decided to call first after over an hour only to hear that no one called in anything as yet. By that time the Doctor office was closed. This was a viscous and inconsiderate act for someone that truly should not be working at a Medical Company.. (I called later only to find out it was set to be delivered 3pm the next day, even though every other time I usually can get my prescribed medicine within an hour of meeting with a doctor. ) Now I am home without the medicine perscribed to me from my emergency visit, and still in the same pain that I have been in for the last 3 days."
