This past year has been an absolute nightmare, and my encounters with this so-called medical establishment have left me utterly frustrated, disappointed, and disillusioned. I wouldn't wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Let's start with Stephanie, the front desk representative who seems to have mastered the art of sarcasm and unresponsiveness. I can only assume that her job description includes providing false information to unsuspecting patients. She consistently displayed a dismissive attitude and was more interested in belittling patients than in assisting them. If you're looking for a friendly and efficient front desk experience, Avant Medical is not the place for you. But the horrors didn't end at the front desk. The doctors at Avant Medical proved to be just as unreliable and disrespectful of their patients' time. During my scheduled telehealth visit, I was left twiddling my thumbs for a whole hour, with no explanation or apology for the delay. It's clear that Avant Medical has little regard for punctuality or the importance of keeping appointments. As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered that my primary doctor had left the practice without any notification to patients, myself included. Despite making multiple calls to Avant Medical, I was never informed of this significant change. It's an utter disgrace that a medical institution fails to communicate such critical information, leaving patients in a state of confusion and vulnerability. Avant Medical is a prime example of what happens when professionalism, compassion, and organization are tossed aside. It's a shame that a place that should prioritize patient care instead offers an environment filled with incompetence and negligence. I strongly advise anyone considering Avant Medical to think twice before subjecting themselves to this circus of frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the headache, and seek medical care elsewhere. This is a less than one-star experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy."
