"We come here often for slurpees but more often than not the machines are not working. The staff is usually overwhelmed and the lines are usually long at this location. The prices are on par with other 7-11s in the area. The store has ample parking and shares the lot with other stores in the same center. It is across the street from a huge grocery store and KFC & Popeyes."
"Poor customer service. After playing lotto #s the young man assisting me said if I wanted anything else I would need to go to the end of the line. I asked him why if I was already here. He said thats the rule What kind of rule is this? If a customer is already being assisted why would they need to go to the end of the line to purchase something else. Your cashier needs to be taught manners and not send customer to the back of the line. He is extremely rude and unprofessional"
