"They make sure to put their vibrators and butt plugs right where you wait in line for the pharmacy, so you get to field questions about what they are from your children! How kind."
"I’ve noticed for the last year that staff has been very short rude with it’s customers. They quickly let you know it’s because of staff shortages. The drive through is often closed as well apparently for the same reason. I’m sick of the excuses and rudeness when no other CVS around me has these issues. I’m certainly moving my store from Lakehill Rd to Glenville."
"I was at this CVS today. Two things: 1. I was by the pharmacy and overheard one of the pharmacists open conversation aggressively with someone in the drive-thru by asking “Can I help you!?” This was a man in his 20s or 30s, glasses, earrings in both ears. His tone and demeanor from the beginning of the exchange throughout was unprofessional. I had nothing to do with this exchange but the pharmacist’s unprofessionalism was noticeable to me and I was at least 20 feet away. He then slammed the drive-thru door and got this person’s medicine. The person must have given him attitude back at some point when he returned, so he said to them “You don’t have to give me attitude, I’m asking a question.” Which I found surprising being that he initiated the conversation negatively. He gave the person their medication and when he was done helping them and they drove away, he began talking about the exchange to his co-worker saying something along the lines of “I don’t care if she is mad.” Again, loud enough so that me, a customer 20 or so feet away with nothing to do with this exchange, took notice. Five minutes later, the person came into the pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and directed the person to a pharmacy manager, who barely apologized or acknowledged what the customer was saying. Just horrible customer service all around, telling the woman that because they weren’t there, they didn’t know what happened. Keep in mind, this pharmacy manager was briefly helping me when their drive-thru exchange happened so if I heard it, I would expect the manager to pick up on this. The manager walked the person out, and because I felt like the person wasn’t heard I chimed in and told the store manager that I didn’t know the woman at all but I was close by for the exchange and that the pharmacist was very rude. 2. I asked the pharmacy manager where something was and she pointed in a direction of three or so aisles and told me to “go straight. Keep in mind, I’m facing her so our positions are relative and different. I walked down an aisle and she then says “No, that’s not straight” to which I replied “Straight is relative to you” because I felt that that was an inappropriate thing to say to a customer. She must have felt my frustration so she specified in more detail where it was that I needed to go and back-tracked by saying “I don’t give good directions.” I don’t normally go to this CVS but given this one trip, I would avoid it unless I absolutely needed to go there. Not sure if they were all having a bad day or their level of customer service is so poor that the bar for being courteous is the floor (seems like the latter), but someone from CVS’ corporate office or a regional manager should have a talk with this store’s leadership about customer service."
"Pharmacy staff is consistently helpful and pleasant. I’ve been a customer since you opened 30 yrs ago."
