"I received my payment receipt at exactly 6:35PM. I waited on line more than one can expect at the self service register with a conveyor belt. The register froze 2X with two different customers. We were told to move to the long self service line without any accomodations. We went to the back of the line. Besides all my other groceries, I tried to purchase 2 CHOBANI flavored coffee creamers. The yellow price tag clearly stated $5.99 but on sale for $3.99. When I pass the code on the register it was regular price. I brought it to the clerk's attention. He went to the customer service desk and comes back with the same reg price. I explain to him that the price tag is directly beneath the items and there was no coupon. He did not bother to ask someone to check the aisle. I had him remove it from my purchase. This coupled with cold cuts from the fridge that are out of temperature on 2 previous visits, I had to return to the store n/c it was spoiled. This was close to the closing time. It's an inconvenience. They changed things around but the service is not good. And definitely not enough workers. Kuddos to the only young man behind the Deli counter at this time. He's kind, patient, and wraps the meats & cheese nicely. I apologize for not getting his name."

"Unfortunately this is the closest supermarket near me. Every time I come here the employees are rude, unhelpful and overall lack customer service skills. They seem unhappy and never want to do their jobs. They truly need to work on their customer service skills."

"I like the quality and selection offered at Stop and Shop. The quality of meats, vegetables and fruits is superior to many competitors. The one critical thing I say about this supermarket is some of the prices are higher than their competition. That said in my experience I usually buy the sale items and I'm happy with the overall cost of my groceries. Definitely recommend giving it a look!"
