"The best thing about the neighborhood supermarket is the young man who provides first class service in the deli department. Kudos. The produce prices will make you run out of the store. I know times are tough but please can we buy groceries to feed our family. I guess not if your shopping at this store."

"Sunday 8:25am, store not opened. Internet says open at 8:00 as the other 11 people waiting probably thought. Guy comes 8:30 to open. I asked is opening 8 or 8:30. Said “open now”. Repeated question, same answer. Inside I asked a cashier - answer “I don’t know”. I need to know if I ever go there again early in the day, but doesn’t matter now because I’m not going back after over a decade of going and thousands of dollars. Going to the new Trader Joe's at Yellowstone and Queens Blvd. Cheaper, better variety, friendlier, more helpful, informative staff. GOODBYE VITELIOS"

"The manager literally threatened to punch me in the face and was seriously ready to fight me over a bag. I use EBT and was buying 1 item. The cashier always gives me a free bag. The manager who is always rude and should not even be working there then went on to rip the bag from my hand and after a very hostile confrontation he told me to leave the store or he was going to punch me in my face. He said he had been to jail 3 times. This is totally acceptable and he needs to be fired."

"Clean, well-stocked and friendly, knowledgeable employees. Great selection of fruits and vegetables. The deli counter has amazing fresh-made foodstuffs (don't forget to try their roasted chicken!)."
