"There’s no words to describe Suma . She is beyond amazing always running to help . Extremely patient!! My husband and I love this location because of Suma . 100 out of 10 !!"
"The pharmacy is terrible. I went there for my father for blood thinners and were told to go back two days later. We did and I was told that insurance doesn’t work on Sundays which is an absolute lie. We argued back and forth and finally they gave him 4 free pills to take for the day in between until he would get the rest of the pills. People wait there for more than half an hour to get their medication. The staff is very organized and not knowledgeable."
"Terrible employees. I went to CVS with my friends and this employee came up to us and told us to get out and when I asked why she told us that we were taking up too much space. Even told us this wasn't a place to hang around even though we were browsing. Absolutely ridiculous."
"If I could give negative 1 stars I would. Extremely rude pharmacy person named Casey. 10/25/23. As a senior and long time customer she treated me like I was a drug seeking criminal for prescriptions I have been taking for many many years. She had my prescription in her hand and asked of my ID which is normal then she walked over to a man with the bag in her hand, and came back to tell me it would be a 15 minute wait. I guess so she could investigate me somehow. Then she called me back up and said something to someone so I asked if she was speaking to me and she barked at me NO I'M NOT SPEAKING TO YOU! She asked for my ID again the guy that came over came up to the counter and questioned me about an entirely different prescription! He tried to be fake nice. I let her know what I thought of her as I left. Hire better people, I hear St John's pharmacy students need jobs"
