"Ordered Xmas cards and not only had to wait an extra 30-40 mins after almost 24hrs from its original ordering…but then once I received them, the envelopes weren’t in the packages. The photo department is terrible in terms of service and there are always issues."

"I visited Walgreens/Duane Reade for a 12:30 covid vaccine and flu shot appointment. Unfortunately, the pharmacist made me wait for an additional 30 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, her response was dismissive, stating she had just completed 4 vaccines so I would have to wait. Her lack of consideration left me frustrated. I ended up leaving since I did not have any more time to waste. This experience has deterred me from seeking vaccines at Walgreens/Duane Reade in the future, as the overall inefficiency and disregard for customer time were disheartening. I wonder how much vaccine uptake is prevented due to this business's inefficiency."

"DR is usually fully stocked with items n the staff is courteous n professional,tho the store is kinda understaffed which can lead to long lines during the evening rush,probably a Walgreens corporate decision...but overall a good store."

"As a convience store, Duane Reade does an average job at providing item variety. Stock is fairly full with the store layout making finding what you need easily. Two checkout counters are present, so waiting to complete your shopping experience is minimal. As a whole, the store is clean."
