"I appreciate this store so much! They really care for their animals! Elizabeth pet manager helped me on the issue I had with my ferret . I’m not experience at all! But she helped me clear up the real issue. She gave me some in sight on what to do. Her advice worked! I changed the food to what petco feeds them! And the itching stop and my ferret rocket is eating more! He had a bad reaction to Kaydee ferret turkey . Marshall food worked!!!! And how to prepare the food and how she feeds her ferrets ! And now my ferret is thriving ! I’m so grateful ! Thank you petco ! And my ferret is more active now! Poop is back to normal!!!"

"A well stocked and clean Petco for once. They even had paper bags at checkout. You will not have the same experience at other Petco locations. Thanks to the staff who checked on me while shopping. I came here after putting a loved pet to sleep to pick up supplies for my other pets and was lost and crying. It was nice to see employees that care."

"People that work there are good, although finding someone at the register when you’re ready is hit or miss. That’s not so bad, though. The economy is still meh and staffing is tough. What drives me crazy is that their pet food shelves are half empty but their aisles are constantly blocked with “overstock,” making it difficult to impossible to navigate their carts through the store."

"I dropped off my 2 siberian husky's to Michele and when I picked them up they looked gorgeous. She did such an amazing job. Ther fur was like silk. I was so happy with the service she did on my pups. She is so friendly and explains everything you need to know before they start. Will definitely bring my huskies again to her."
