"They seem to only have one brand of any given item. Horrible selection, especially the cheese aisle (no parmesan?). AND i had to throw out my reusable shopping bag because they wanted me to check it and leave it with security (it was empty….clearly they want you to purchase theirs) and I waited for nearly 5 minutes before realizing they weren’t going to actually check it, they were just going to keep stopping me from entering and instead make me stand there waiting. Went to Fine Fare instead."

"Today at your new location, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever is a store I will every step foot in again, your cashier CHA KYUNG I don’t know if she’s a manger or cashier or the wife to the owner but she needs to get fried or not be in the store she so disgusting towards me, when she was ring me out she was so rude asking how many limes I took with attitude was counting them and looking at me at the same time with look as if I wanted to setal limes, she didn’t even knowledgeable me as customer just with disrespect attitude towards me, when she was done I asked her if she can give me a bag because that’s a part of customer service then throw the bag towards me which throw me off 100% when speaking to the manger they thought it was funny, he didn’t even wanted to her my side of store or anything just thought it was funny and didn’t care CTOWN I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE ONE ELES ABOUT THIS event"

"I’m so happy to have this supermarket open in the area! They have a wide variety of products and the prices are reasonable unlike another supermarket two blocks over. The seafood section is the best, as they will steam and prepare anything you buy! This area needs that so badly as the one seafood spot available in the neighborhood is always crowded. The deli has a great assortment of meats and cheeses and everything smells clean, not like some other meat departments. I really hope they have a secure system in place to prevent theft and not go out of business because this area is becoming a resource desert."
