I called the store to work out getting it delivered and the employee who I spoke to on the phone was patient, friendly, attentive to the issue. I appreciated it! Edible arrangement and candied pecans were delivered and presentation was great! Thanks! Recommend!"

"Once again poor quality of fruit from Edible Arrangements, the photos say all that needs to be said. This was the state of my fruit less than six hours after delivery. Not only is this a disgusting waste of cash it’s also dangerous delivery rotten fruit that has begun to ferment. After bitting into a into a chocolate covered apple slice that provided me with a hint of sour fruit/fermented fruit I decided to inspect only to find not a single piece of fruit is safe for human or animal consumption. The strawberries were gross every single one soft/mushy my fingers went through most upon attempting to pick up. This is my second garbage arrangement from this location, I’ve yet to receive a single arrangement from any of the locations in NC & SC that I was actually able to consume. Last night was the final straw I let my child who has been gifting these expensive garbage arrangements exactly what they’ve been purchasing with their hard earned cash. Edible Arrangement you should be ashamed of yourselves to charge money for fruit I’d not feed to a farm animal. The phone call I was promised has yet to be returned and the store clearly has caller ID as they won’t pick my call up, it appears the reviews speaking of horrible customer service are true. Durham Edible Arrangements do better and “be sweet today””. ."

"Ordered a platter for Valentine’ Day to surprise my wife at her work place. They delivered it super late, almost close to 5pm when she was about to go home. I had to ask her to stay and wait for it. They were supposed to call to coordinate the shipment, but that didn’t happen. Tried calling and nobody picked up. Platter was melting when it was delivered. Chocolate covered strawberries were mushy at the chocolate part, not juicy. Poorly dipped I am assuming. The pineapple had the freaking core on it, nobody eats the core. Grapes were not very good and some were smushed. Overall, not worth the $85 for a platter, expensive and sub par quality. Pretty bummed because I didn’t want to disappoint my wife like that."
