"I find it incredibly strange that you have an armed guard here to combat theft, having a third party security team that's armed with hi-points(a very cheap gun) is dangerous and racist, seeing as I never saw this at the 3 stores I worked at during my time with the company. This is not for safety and is a very dangerous way to protect assets. Do better."
