"I had an excellent experience at this Harris Teeter last week because of Jacolby! It was around 7pm and the floral center was closed, but he still took the time to fill up the helium balloons for my sister’s party. He provided wonderful customer service the whole time and made the process delightful. He did not seem inconvenienced or annoyed at all. Jacolby even took the time to ask me what color ribbon I wanted for the balloons. I highly recommend this Harris Teeter and hope that Jacolby gets a raise."

"I wish I could give a zero review to this place. This is about harris teeter starbucks. PLEASE HIRE SOME GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK AT STARBUCKS. They are rude, looks like they dont even love their job. Ridiculosly trained, dosent know to be professional. If i ready to pay for my drinks they should make it whatever size I tell them to if the drink is not already made. It was very rude of her to roll her eyes, make faces, and turn her face around. She was very rude and not professional at all. I asked for a carrier and she kept doing her own stuff after I waited for two min she decides to go and get it. She could have been nice about it and told me to give me a min and ill bring it out to you. It is all about being nice to their customer."

"I am seriously disappointed with this Harris Teeter. I've been shopping here for over a year, several times a month, and each time I go it's a mess. I buy mostly produce but, as you can see in the photos, the produce at this store is often wilted or even rotten. The leafy greens are always wilted and I too often find rotten tomatoes, avocados, and bell peppers. It's disgusting, and to see that in a grocery store as popular as Harris Teeter tells me that the problem is with management. I did complain but when I returned two weeks later, it was the same. They are often out of items that I purchase on a regular basis. These are items that are not on sale. They always run out of sale items within a day or two of the start of the sale. With a chain like HT they should be able to gauge their stock based on demand and plan accordingly. Instead, two days after a sale begins the shelves are empty and remain that way for a week. I've started going elsewhere for produce. I use this HT for a few other items because it's the closest to me. If there was another chain grocer as close to me I would happily go elsewhere."

"Great clean shopping atmosphere that’s close and convenient to Durham and chapel hill. The hot bar is always over flowing with yummy delights and the store over all is well stocked every time I stop by. Love shopping here as the staff is super friendly!"
