"The customer service is where I would give less stars. I was the recipient of flowers, but they were delivered to the wrong address. They called to let me know they were delivered but I have a camera in front of my house and never saw the delivery. When I got home I let them know, but they insisted the flowers had been delivered (even after delivering them to the wrong place twice). When we could not figure out where the flowers went, the person on the phone accused me of lying about not receiving the flowers. I walked all around my neighborhood and eventually found them lying on the porch of a random home (which was neither of the addresses they told me the flowers had been delivered to). When I called them back to say that I had found the flowers, all he said was “oh, so I guess you weren’t lying”. Kind of shocked by this behavior to a recipient of their flowers. Don’t recommend due to their customer service."

"Would give 0 Stars. I am sharing so this doesn't happen to you. Our company ordered a huge 36" x 30" Premium sized Simply Serene Floor Basket (the smaller standard size is pictured below in the white vase-- $170 plus tax and fees =total $217) for a very special person's funeral. We were shocked when we saw a small flower arrangement in a glass vase was delivered to the funeral home instead of the much larger fuller arrangement. It was embarrassing because this person was part owner of our company, loved flowers, and we wanted to honor her with this special arrangement. The funeral director could not believe how we were duped, and provided all of her personal information to back us up. I called Blue Roses Florist immediately after the funeral and spoke with David. David said he was the manager. I explained that he sent a $60 max floral arrangement instead of the $170 arrangement and I had photos showing the huge difference in his arrangement vs what we ordered. He refused to correct the situation and said he had the right to substitute. What Blue Roses Florist did was to commit a type of "FRAUD' by sending a TOTALLY DIFFERENT arrangement. David, the manager, had no explanation whatsoever for the discrepancy. David said I needed to read the FTD rules about substitution. I told him that he did not follow the rules because he did not just substitute different flowers, he sent a substandard arrangement and made an extra $100 over the cost of the arrangement that he sent. I notified FTD and they were wonderful. They said they would fine Blue Roses Florist and take other recourse that they use with their floral venders. FTD refunded the total amount of $217.71. Because the funeral and burial of this special person is over, our company will use that money to donate to her caregivers, Transitions LifeCare-NC."
