After speaking with the florist, they offered to remake the flowers and deliver them again to ensure that my friend received them. This was very generous on their part, and I was very grateful. We was very specific about the colors and flowers it would contain as well as the fact that we celebrated Hanukkah, not Christmas. Instead they delivered a Christmas arrangement with a big sign in the middle that said “Merry Christmas”. She called them to complain and 3 days later, we received a half dead vase with some brown lily’s and squished, wilted hydrangeas. This business belongs in the florist hall of shame."
