"I ordered some food from a restaurant close by, but decided to have it delivered. The restaurant made the food in a timely manner, but Speed waiter took entirely too long to pick up my order. After about an hour , I called to inquire about my order and Speed waiter insured that my food would be hot and fresh. I called the restaurant directly and they said my food was still waiting to be picked up and had been so for over half an hour. I called SW back to let them know I wanted a refund, which they were extremely reluctant to give, keeping me going back and forth with management for another hour about the issue. In that time of them trying to deny my refund, my food still hadn't been picked up or delivered. Maybe it was a bad night for the staff, but I found the whole ordeal unacceptable....."

"I placed an order with speed waiter at 3:56 for 6:00, then I called them at 5:20 to make sure I would get my order by 6:00. They reassured me that it would be there at that time. My order was over thirty minutes late and when I called them back again to see what the issue was they told me that they have to wait for drivers and that they didn’t have many drivers in the area and they have to pick up multiple orders. I did Finally end up getting my food at 6:46, with no discount for the lateness/ lack of communication. I was very unsatisfied and will not be ordering through this app anymore."

"My five star review is for Trisha the driver. She identified that because of a gps error, I have been getting charged for 19 miles for delivery which is way higher than where I'm actually located. She took the time to contact her supervisor and I am going to be getting a refund for that fee. Hopefully they refund it for every order with that fee but we shall see. Anyway, Trisha provided this amazing customer service while also managing to keep my food hot and delivering it before the delivery time. If I could request her each time I ordered, I would. Thank you Trisha!!"

All the drivers are very pleasant and seem to enjoy what they do. This delivery service seems to have great morale. Highly recommend and appreciate all that you do for this community."

"The service is convenient and fast, however, the available restaurants falls behind to fay to go. Speed waiter however has no hidden fees, and are very friendly. Besides the lack of some of my favorite places, the only other thing that is stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the drivers never remember the drinks, so I have to remind them each time. Very good customer service however, and it even has GPS tracking after your order is picked up."
