"Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff here is super friendly and always quick. I love how all my addresses are kept on file so I don't have to remember them. I've had problems using the post office in the past with things getting there but never when I ship it through here. They may never remember my name but they always remember who I am. I like how the estimated delivery times are shown on the register and I'm allowed to pick which service I want to use based on price and when my items will get there. It makes it super easy to make a choice and I am always asked what service I would like to use. I know the price may be a little higher than going directly to the post office but I pay for the Peace of Mind knowing I don't have to wait in line and I don't have to worry about my items not getting there in time."

"Extremely Disappointed with the Service Provided by Owner Liz I recently had a very disheartening experience at Ship, Fast and More due to poor customer service, particularly from the owner named Liz. Despite being promised a swift shipment of my packages through my small business, I was blatantly misled about the delivery times and also charged for what she initially stated was for the drop-off fee to the post office but later she stated the post office comes and pick-up the packages outside of the date and time I was initially told. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience, as I had planned my schedule around the expected delivery date. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was dealing with Liz. Her approach to customer service was far from satisfactory. Instead of providing clear and honest information, she gave me different information than she did initially when I dropped off my packages, leaving me in a state of uncertainty about when my packages would arrive. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Furthermore, the delayed shipment caused me significant inconvenience. I had made specific arrangements based on the initial delivery date, and the delay threw my plans into disarray. It's disappointing to see such a lack of concern for customers' time and commitments. Overall, my experience with Liz and Ship, Fast and More was highly unsatisfactory. I expected much better service, especially regarding honesty about shipment times and the handling of customer concerns. Liz did not apologize or try to provide any support in a follow-up regarding her inconsistent information. Liz only went on to tell me how long she’s been in business and if I leave a review in her exact words” what is that going to do” I hope this feedback prompts a much-needed improvement in their customer service. Liz you did not verify my tracking number, she never even asked for it, she did not take accountability for nothing , she did not apologize please stop being disingenuous and lying. She couldn’t even tell me the exact time my packages were picked up. Everything she initially told me was not truthful and when I told her I would leave a review she said “ what would that do” . I’m choosing to leave a review due to her lack of customer service and even now in your response it’s rude, how can you say I wasn’t listening when you weren’t the one speaking with me on the phone. Liz said she’s the owner and there was no one else to consult with ,yet you’re responding to my review, poor customer service from both of you."
