"We ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches & there was NO buffalo sauce. They were carry out orders & they wanted us to return the food for a remake. Look at our food, gross and thrown together."

"I placed an order for 2 pizzas, each a mod, and when i got home I realized one of the pizzas was done incorrectly as it had mushrooms, which i did not order. I then went back to return it, but when i went inside with my oizza i was ignored and never greeted, just like I wasn't greeted the first time, only this time not only was i ignored, they kept taking customers that came in after me. I had to say something for the female attendant to to notice me, and she asked what was wrong with me...what's wrong with you, that's what she actually said. I told her I got the wrong pizza and gave her the order slip, and she proceeded to tell me the pizza was fine, completely neglecting the order slip i gave her, so i pointed out that there were mushrooms on my pizza which ai did not order, and she realized her mistake. She took the other pizza back and I waited around 20 minutes for my remake, which they then burned. At that point I was done and requested a refund, which they said they couldn't do, since I had the other pizza and they would need to cancel the entire order and have me repay for the other pizza that I kept, but that i needed the original card used, which i didn't have on me. So now I'm stuck so i had them remake it again, and the girl was very rude because she didn't want to do it. Finally they got it right, but the whole experience was terrible, and we've been ordering there for years."

"***I DO want to thank KENNY who answered the phone and fixed the issue. He was definitely bombed and understaffed, in the weeds, but he was polite, patient, kind, and had the ability and knowledge to fix the issue for me right away. He should be GIVEN A RAISE!!" Our pan pizzas always came very wet, cold and raw, so we started putting "well done" on the "special requests"; it has made no difference. We usually order takeout because we're like two blocks away, but twice we've tried delivery, and we watch on the pizza tracker while our pizza goes all over uptown and downtown before it gets here, and it took nearly an hour and a half both times. The first time, the Philly steak sandwich we received had almost NOTHING on it, mostly just BREAD, looked nothing like the photo! So we called and they said they'd give us a free sandwich the next time. But we called ahead of time, let them know we would be ordering it, and they forgot to bring the sandwich entirely. So today, we waited an hour and a half for two raw pizzas and a missing sandwich. Today, I waited on hold for 20 minutes waiting to fix the issue before I was disconnected, had to call back and waited another 20 minutes; we were on hold 20 minutes waiting to even be able to tell them we were ordering the sandwich they promised us to make up for last time. That's an hour to even talk to someone to get the order done wrongly and another hour and a half waiting for that wrong order. I had to cook the pizzas in my own oven, which took time to preheat, another twenty minutes just to cook the pizza so it's edible! That's a total of two hours and fifty minutes! Nearly three hours! Why!"

"I would give ZERO stars if i could. I ordered last night before 10:30. Order was in quality check at 10:53, I called the store at 11:37 and they said that as soon as the driver got back he would be on the way with the order. My order did not arrive until 12:30! The pizza was cold and it hadn't even been cut! So Andrea clearly didn't do her job at the quality check. Not to mention I did contact less delivery and had given the driver enough time to get back to his car, but when I went to get the order he was still in my yard and turned around and stared at me. Kinda creepy Bruce... The service is ridiculous! There is no reason for all this nonsense. I reported it and chose to get 60 points and haven't even gotten them yet. UNBELIEVABLE!"
