Marco's Pizza

"I ordered pizza 1 hr and 13 mins ago. I was notified my order was otw 41 mins ago and I only live 11 mins from this place. Well I'm on hold trying to talk to someone, been on hold 12 mins and 17 secs and nobody has even answered the phone. I spent $70 on pizza don't know where it is and can't talk to anyone about it, am I wrong for feeling confused frustrated and extremely hungry?"

"Hour and a half for delivery from 3 miles..ok. Driver didnt even apologize or nothing. You'll call them to get a " we are short staffed but your order SHOULD get there shortly." Also ordered diet pepsi and received regular. Lol wasn't going to wait another hour to get it replaced, so I gave it to my neighbor. Food was Luke warm. If you have a craving for pizza from this place, get carry out... but I think this will be the last time I order here again."

"Highly recommend getting your pizza for carryout. Every time I order delivery (I'm 3 miles from the location) it is late and/or incomplete. As I type this, my pizza is an hour late. Called store twice just to ask for an update, no one would answer the phone. No idea if this order is even coming. The food is just fine usually, but carryout seems to be the only way of getting it reliably."
