"Cookies look good, the place is clean. I had trouble getting my 30% off on my 2nd order and the staff reacted with, we don't know anything about that, call customer service from the website. So if you have any issues, I don't think they will be able to solve or correct them."

"My wife received a variety dozen as she was sick. The cookies were average to pretty good. However very little variety. 9 snickerdoodles, 2 chocolate chip, 1 M&M. No oatmeal raisin or double chocolate chip. She does not care for snickerdoodle at all. She was disappointed with the lack of variety as advertised."

Covid-19: you can order and pay online. They also offer delivery. We live far away, so this cost $15. They're supposed to text you when your order arrives (it's a half an hour window), but they never texted me so our cookies were just sitting outside. We got 3 dozen cookies: white chocolate almond, snickerdoodle, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, peanut butter chocolate chip, and M&M (you have to get half a dozen of each). We also got salted caramel blondies and a peanut butter chocolate bar. I was excited because the cookies are delivered still warm. I ended up being pretty disappointed by the cookies. They were ok, but they were just very basic cookies. I think you can find way better cookies elsewhere in Charlotte. The salted caramel blondies on the other hand were amazing. My husband also liked the peanut butter chocolate bar. I'd recommend sticking with the brownies/blondies here."
