"This company saved the day for my family. We had a hellish travel day with over 12 hours of flight delays and re-routing where we found ourselves in a limbo not sure what time we would be arriving in Charlotte airport but knew it would definitely be after midnight and needed to get home to Greensboro. To add to that we needed a car seat for our 2 year old so we couldn't reserve an Uber. I took a chance and called Upscale Car & Limo around 8pm and they were able to confirm the availability of a driver and book us within 5 minutes even though our arrival time was so uncertain. They monitored our flight time and responded to my various emails leading up to our arrival even though it was very late at night. We eventually landed at 2:30AM and finally made it out of baggage claim at 3:30AM. I was worried the driver would have bailed at that point but he waited for us and drove us the 1.5 hours to Greensboro. The car was impeccable and the service was very professional."
