"Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a package delivered on 11/6/2023. I stood at my front door waiting for the driver to finish unloading, the drive saw me standing at the front door and did not acknowledge me. He proceeded to take the package that was on pallet and walk past me all the way to my backyard. I yelled out for his attention and he ignored me, dropped off the package on my grass behind my drive way, looked at me and packed up and left. I called Estes to report this and their customer service team told me “it’s been handled internally”. I told them as a customer that does nothing for me b/c if I have another order and the same driver comes back and does the same thing then the problem has not been handled. They told me the delivery was done through Final Mile. Nothing was done to help rectify this situation."

"This is based on one experience, but.... we had an LTL delivery. James "Jim" M was the driver. First class all the way! He obviously had a long day but treated the delivery like the most important delivery ever. I hope all of your drivers have the same dedication, and please let Jim know he's appreciated."

These experiences help you understand why AI is needed. .. if you don’t like working in customer service then explore other industries. Can’t believe Home Depot uses this company. What a disappointing experience."

"Great company. They are professional, knowledgeable and on time. I like Carrier brand and they work with them too. Collin Michael is very honest and knowledgeable and the only person that was pointing out some wrong parts from my other estimates. They are licensed Carrier installers and that means that Carrier will stand behind these installers on their promised warranty that you don’t get if you were going to go with someone who is not licensed installer. They can pull permits too which is a deal breaker when you are ready to sell your home. Estes Services has great pricing too!"
