"No words to express how wonderful this company is! Gabby is an angel on earth! My sister and nephews were stranded at the Charlotte airport after a debacle with a rental car. I called Black Diamond Limo and within 45 minutes, they came to pick them up and drove them to Greenville, SC. Turns out Gabby herself came to pick them up because she didn’t want them to have to wait any longer! She was kind, professional, and just over all wonderful! Over the top customer service. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in any industry. Gabby turned a stressful situation that could have ruined a trip into one of the best parts of the trip. My nephews talked about her the whole time they were here! Thank you Gabby and team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Black Diamond! If I could give more stars I would!"

"I booked the Black Diamond Limousine CLT for our YMCA First Thursdays Club's Beloved Ball (Prom). This group and event are for special needs adults. The whole booking process was easy and communication was great. Our Driver was excellent! She was friendly, helpful, and professional. "We rented a white limo for our daughter’s wedding last Saturday. I received a call just maybe 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive at noon that the Limo broke down and they will be 15 minutes late and sending another Limo. Needless to say our schedule was delayed. Luckily our church is close but our bridal party was still late and we are on a tight schedule at church. After the ceremony was over the limo was not in the front of the church . I had to call again to see where the Limo was. Was told by Gabby that it was in the shade to keep the Limo cool because these Limos are old and they tend to breakdown. (If these Limos are old and tend to breakdown easily, why do they still offer it for service) When the Limo pulled up to pick up the bridal party I noticed it was a Black Limo instead of the white we were promised. “ I still paid on time as I was told on the day of service”. I called to talk to them about my disappointment today. I spoke with Gabby and what I received was excuses after excuses which I was not looking for. A simple apology would have been better. She explained that they sent a replacement instead of canceling on us because that’s what other companies are doing if a car breaks down. She made me feel that I should be grateful that they did not cancel. I understand that things happen but don’t give the customer excuses. I would have been more understanding if the owner called me personally. I trained people on customer service for over 30 years and one of the main rule is do not make excuses or tell customers there’s nothing you can do. There’s always something you can do. The worst thing is to make excuses. I was extremely happy when I first contacted Darryl the owner. He was very personable and accommodating. I probably would have rated them better if I didn’t get someone who does not know how to talk to customer."

"Black Diamond you rock. It was late in the evening and we had an appointment to see a property the next day, which was over two hours away. My daughter didn't feel like driving and did not want me to drive almost 5 hours round trip, so she started looking into car services, when she came across Black Diamond Limo. After speaking with them, and they confirmed they could do this last minute trip for us, we were elated. Gabby arrived on time, was very professional, kind and just an outright sweet young lady. I don't usually feel relaxed with everyone's driving, but at 70 years old, I felt very relaxed, as she was an excellent driver as well. I highly recommend Black Diamond Limousine CLT, as I will be using them whenever we need to go somewhere and prefer a relaxing ride as opposed to driving ourselves.
