"Visited the Scotia store on 12/10/21 at about 1:30pm. Rude associates. Inventory online does not match actual store inventory. I called ahead and was even told they had the item. "If we have time" was their curt reply when asked if they would help me look for it in an almost empty store. I do not recommend this store. Clifton Park was way busier and the associates were very helpful."
"We visited the store a couple of weeks ago and I had my toddler with me. The staff was very friendly towards him. The store is spacious. Huge selection of cards, gifts and knickknacks for all ages."
"Very nice place to look around a little and shop. We stop in once in awhile just to see what is new in there puzzle line, as my Wife likes to do the ones that are 500 pieces. They have a large selection of 550 pieces up to 1000 pieces. I do believe they also have 300 piece ones. Also a excellent selection of cards also. We will be going back when we are in the area."
