"Food and arrangement was nice. My wife ordered a delivery for my birthday. She ordered and paid for a balloon along with it. Never got it. And she called and left a message for a refund. They never returned her call. Epic fail."

"Ordered the roses and chocolate fruit combo for my wife for our anniversary and she only received the chocolate. When I called, they said they didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered. They offered a refund and offered to deliver the flowers the next day free of charge. They refunded the flowers and charged me for the chocolate and NO flowers the next day. GO ELSEWHERE IN MY OPINION!!! Zero stars if possible."

"My fiancé call 1-800 flowers to have a big edible arrangement delivered to my job. He placed the order six days prior to delivery. Essentially the delivery never came to my job from business hours 8 AM to 5 PM. When my fiancé called the customer service line to see when the arrangement would be delivered late, customer service then said that they had till 8 PM to deliver the arrangement and that they would bring it to our home. By 830 pm we did not receive the delivery and we called to get a full refund for the product. The customer service agent tried to get us to wait longer than we already have and we absolutely denied waiting. So after arguing with her for 10 minutes about wanting a full refund, she end up processing the refund. So this happened on December 8 and December 10 the full refund came through to my Fiancé’s bank account. This was the worst experience ever with 1-800 flowers and edible arrangements. I herd that 1-800 flowers contracts the work out through local stores. I will never order from them again and I would advise, hard-working people to never order their products again and simply just order a local."

"Literally one of my favorite gifts (and thankfully my husband knows it)! I'm late for posting but the staff at the Myrtle beach location are amazing. The fact they were able to make it happen and get my order done (my birthday fell on Easter sadly) is amazing. They told my husband how lucky he was that they were able to complete the order as they were fully out of strawberries. These hardworking, amazing people went to Walmart and bought them out of the strawberries just to get people's orders done and ready. The other photo is from Valentine's Day and I can't explain how good the cheesecake with chocolate covered strawberries is!"

"Called last-minute on a Saturday for an arrangement for the PICU Nursing team at Grand Strand after a really tough day. They were extremely friendly, and delivered the arrangement in less than an hour, even during bike week traffic. Can’t thank them enough for executing when I needed it most. Would highly recommend, and will absolutely use them again!! Thank you, EA - you are appreciated."
