"After looking at previous reviews, I walked into to Life in Bloom at 3:30 on a Friday, hoping to have an arrangement made for my wife’s 70th birthday. Although the sign on the door indicated CLOSED, the door was not locked, so I walked in. Lisa, the owner, was finishing up with a client, but very politely indicated she’d be right with me. It turns out that the reason for the early CLOSED sign was Lisa was catching a flight to New York for a flower show. When I told her that I could find another floral shop and let her avoid missing her flight, she would have none of that. Lisa patiently took my information and we looked at several floral options. Although she wouldn’t be the one to make up or deliver the arrangement, Lisa assured me her employees would do a great job. As my wife and I were eating at a nice restaurant the following Monday, the flowers were delivered. As you can see by the photo, the arrangement was beautiful (and still is almost a week later). My wife could not have been more surprised and thrilled. And I could not have been more pleased with the first class treatment and care Lisa and her team provided from start to finish.
