"Wasted my time trying to exchange the sugar I bought and the miserable old lady with short hair and aqua colored shirt at 6pm was like “WE DONT EXCHANGE FOOD” smh I’m positive she just discriminated against me"

"On 9/22/23 at 7:30pm. I pulled up to the front door to drop my wife off because the rain and wind were terrible. The lady working announced that the shopper driving the truck out front cannot parking there and then went around and addressed every shopper. My wife then told them that it was her husband and he is in the truck. She then was very rude and told my wife that she is calling the police now and that he would be ticketed and towed. My wife then came out to tell me and I told her to get in the truck that we will not shop here. Literally I was sitting there for approximately 2 minutes. I am a retired police officer myself and never seen or heard such a thing. The vehicle was running and occupied. Considering the weather conditions and my wife literally get one item, this attitude was totally uncalled for."

"First I want to say great job to Ms. Carroll because she is so awesome and hardworking! The line literally was going back down the aisle and she continued to smile and do her job. Meanwhile, the manager Patty (pictured below) would not come up front to help after several customers asked if she could. She would rather break down cardboard boxes than help get the line down first. The boxes could have waited until the store wasn’t so busy. She yelled at customers and complained. She finally decided to come up front and only helped two customers. She denied to help a customer and sent that customer back to the back of a very long line when he was next in line. Please get rid of Patty she did not want to do her job and claimed to be the manager. Awful experience because of her and I am positive all of the other customers agree!"
