"Dr.Patel is one of the most knowledgeable and smartest pediatricians I have ever met.I drive almost 45 minutes to 1 hour to get there,just because I trust him so much.He is very quick to diagnose and treat appropriately if needed.Getting such a great doctor is a big relief for me when bringing up 4 kids.We are with him since 2011, tried different ones when we changed location,but always goes back to him.He identifies and manages emergencies and non emergencies appropriately.So easygoing and will accommodate any appointment request…Thank you Dr.Patel.You are simply the best!"

"I’ve been coming to Dr.Mayank for a long time now and I’ve had a great experience with him. He is super kind and very knowledgeable. He welcomes everyone into his office and treats everyone with respect. I’ve even encountered some moments while waiting to go inside the room where he stands up for his staff against rude parents. I am always astonished to read these horrible one star reviews about him as they are completely written out of personal hate and stupidity. He is honestly the best doctor in the area and recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor."

"the nurse and PA are very rude and arrogant. they think of themselves superior to everyone else including the doctor. if you ask them to do anything then they give attitude and complain about doing more work. the office is filled with 6 teenagers behind the desk every time i go there who just stare at patiens and look at their phones. there is a new batch of teenagers who sit behind the desk every 2 month doing nothing. if you ask them any questions then they act confused, and they usually pick up the calls when making appointments and don't even do that properly. the office is already so tiny and feels cramped with so many teenagers behind the desk pretending that they have a role in the office. steer away from coming to this doctor's office because it is very tiny, cramped, and filled with rude staff who do not care about the patients. the staff purposely tries to get you to have more visits so that they can just charge you extra money."
