All of the staff that work with him have been very caring and helpful; from the front desk to the assistants, they have been very special with all of the patients. "There's always long wait times. Morale of employees have seemed to go down especially after Sunnyside branch closed. Employees seem to have an attitude and care more about their food than patient service. Doctor sencion rushes you a lot now and doesn't explain things or ask questions, you have to ask your own questions and keep dragging on the appointment as if he couldn't be bothered to be there."

"This place is the worst! Please dont bring your kids here! The doctors in this office dont care about your child or their health!! Doctors wont give you referrals to specialists they just rather guess what the child has and make it up their selfs. The staff in the front are so unprofessional and will treat you like you bothering them. Eat in front of you and talk about their personal issues. If you need an emergency appointment they will send you to ER and wont care about your child's health. My son had ear infection when i left this office and was seen by another doctor. Just please save your time and don't come here. Been bringing my kids here for the past 7 years and regret it so much after i went to a real professional place and was treated like we were supposed to."

"The clinic where Dr Sencion was attending the day we took my sister for a check-up wasn't overly packed, yet we continued to get skipped by him. It wasn't until we got up to ask when my sister will be seen that he called her in. When my mom went in with my sister, he was very unprofessional, rude and lacked bedside manners. We have never been talked to by any other professional especially a healthcare provider the way we were by this doctor. My mother and sister were both extremely uncomfortable with his behavior and we do not recommend him"
