"Nasty front staff, they billed something wrong and the insurance didn’t pay, they tell me i have a third party insurance and I don’t, they denied to see my daughter when I brought her over for a urgent visit, telling me i had to pay. Called the insurance they have no record of a third insurance. I don’t know what the office did wrong that they didn’t get paid. Nasty attitude Doctora are ok bit i will be leaving and I’m currently looking for a pediatrician."

"Both Dr Robert & Ann Marie Yu are kind, caring physicians. They have excellent bed manner and an awesome way with kids to help ease their anxiety and fears. Whenever my child is sick they do a thorough evaluation and follow-up. I have always been able to reach them for those middle of the night emergencies. I have whole heartedly recommended them to friends and family."

"I don’t usually write reviews, but after what occurred last week at my son’s well visit, I have to say something. When taking height and weight, the patient is not stripped down to a diaper or underwear. The doctor took a phone call during our visit, pulled the phone away from their face, and stated “you can go now” leaving no opportunity for questions, or discussion. My son was due for two shots. I was never told what shots he was due, and had to ask what he was being given. After being given the shots, there was no band aid applied to stop the bleeding. My son now has blood on the inside of his outfit. We will not be going back and have found a new pediatrician."

"I don’t usually write reviews, but given the circumstances I feel it’s my obligation as a mother. My daughter is almost 10 years old and we have been using this practice since newborn stage. Never had an issue until our recent visit. Saturday, I took my daughter for her yearly physical, and since then my daughters happy, confident personality has been shattered. Our visit was with Dr. Annmarie. Everything was fine till she mentioned my daughters weight. My daughter is a little chubby but by no means unhealthy. Dr. Annmarie told her she needed to lose weight, and to stop eating carbs. My daughter started to cry her eyes out, I was trying to comfort her, hoping the Doctor would see the pain and hurt but instead she continued to lecture this sobbing child about been overweight. I failed that day as a mother, I didn’t protect my child. Since that visit my beautiful, happy girl, has become obsessed with calories and what she’s eating , she’s trying to weigh herself 2-3 times a day. She’s sad and constantly crying saying she’s fat. I fear that something was mentally triggered that day and my daughter is heading for a downward spiral with an obsession with food and weight. Clearly a medical degree doesn’t make you smart, and doesn’t mean your capable of treating young impressionable children. As the days past, and I see the pain that this so called Dr has caused, I’m angry. And I will do everything in my power to expose this, so no other little girl or boy will suffer at the harsh words of Dr.Annmarie. What’s more damaging to a young girls health… a few extra pounds… or an eating disorder with a negative body image? Please, mother to mother, reconsider your choice in pediatrician."
