"Dr. Hallenbeck is an excellent pediatrician very professional and on time to start his appointments."
"Dr. Angel was a star; caring and kind hearted before he retired last year. From my kids couple of visits with Dr. Hallenbeck, he was pretty nice and seems to be genuinely caring. But man o man, the check in process leaves much to be desired. The front desk receptionists gives you that vibe where non Spanish speaking kinds are unwelcome in their facility."
"Had a newborn visit with Doctor Richard Hallenbeck at this practice and he is great! He took my concerns seriously, answered ALL my questions, and never made me feel like I was asking silly questions as others have done. As a first time mom, everything is new and potentially scary and it’s nice to have a doctor who understands that. Doctor Richard also is an advocate for moms in that he recommends what’s best for the mother so that she is able to be happy and healthy to provide the best care for the baby. “You can make me be the bad guy and say the doctor says no visitors,” he said, if I was looking to not have people bombard us to visit the baby just yet. Or if I want help and want visitors then just take extra precautions and people can visit. He explained the difference with COVID vs virulent dangers for a newborn and why it’s necessary. I left the visit feeling relieved, better informed, and confident knowing my baby is happy and healthy and I have Doctor Richard to thank for that. The pediatrician I saw in the hospital after giving birth just said: “no visitors and no visiting” and that om!cron is super contagious, worse than measles and could kill the baby! He scared us both into living like hermits and being scared of our own shadows. The office was short-staffed the day I was there but the front desk staff explained the situation, apologized, and worked hard to accommodate everyone. I appreciate the transparency & how she efficient she was under pressure. She also helped me figured out how to deal with my insurance too since I didn’t even have a card for my baby yet. Thank you so much to everyone at this office for their great work!"
"Rude medical assistant that did the intake paper work. The other medical assistant that took down the reason for my visit was just ugh, & wanted two worded answers. And finally the doctor not doctor Aguilera the other one was fake as hell; could careless about the childs medical past seem to not really be into children. And frankly just vibe I won’t be coming back."
"This has been more than a doctor to my 4 kids for over 22 years hes family..hes office is always clean the staff are all very professional and caring."
