"Made a reservation at 11am, the doctor was late for two whole hours or maybe longer cause I couldn’t wait anymore. I was being nice and actually waited for two whole hours and he still never show up. The receptionist kept reaching out to him and he just constantly said he’s on his way. If you’re not going to be here at the clinic, then why make the reservation in the first place? Where’s the responsibility that a doctor suppose to have?"

Waiting time after checking in was reasonable. Did not wait more than 10-15 minutes. 3. Friendly and knowledgable provider, but TALKS A LOT. Willing to answer all your questions with A LOT of detail. 4. Overall, I had a good visit."
