"One star is generous! Perhaps the worst logistics brokerage company I have ever dealt with, that is saying a lot as I deal with about 6 logistics firms on a regular basis. Of 12 transports they damaged 11, not a small amount of damage either. One of the transports was so badly damaged the customer rejected it and we had to replace the entire unit as none of it was salvageable. Not only did they not offer any measure to refund that invoice. They felt it necessary to then charge us to ship back the damaged unit! Anyone dealing with this firm should think twice as their highly unprofessional."

"Should've put no stars. I was an owner operator leased on with Harris/Titan Transport for a few months. I left on good accord, the President of the company Ed whatever, is refusing to pay money that I accumulated in escrow due to some internal conflict that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I advise anyone to stay away from working or doing business with this company. Warning!!!"

"This company has done 2 orders for us, first one went bad but we gave them another chance and second load was the worst service we have ever gotten. The driver was scheduled for a 10am loading appt. He got held up at the container depot because of a booking issue and by 9:30am driver had the correct booking number and was supposed to get the container and get moving to the shipper. We tried to get an update from 10am until 1245pm when DeAndre advised that driver's ETA was 2pm. Long story short, driver never made it to the shipper and we were told all kinds of things throughout the day (traffic delayed, lost his exit, got a flat tire, and ran out of service hours) all in that same order. Our customer had to pay over a thousand dollars to the movers just for waiting an entire day for a driver that was always arriving and never did. Then next day dispatcher provided ETA of 8am and driver shows up at 9am. Customer had to pay for movers again. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or lose a customer just because of this company's lack of service."
