"Never open at 8am be here many times and seen like 15 cars waiting in cars for them to open, one lady called and told them are you guys open ? And they told her yes, and she replied well there are like 15 people out here been waiting like 15-20 minutes and one has even opened the place up, definitely not professional here, today came and the place is closed and a small note saying manager is on leave until further notice, what?!? Like so many people were so not happy coming up to the door reading that small sign, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Go to another location save your time and drive here, at least other locations will be open. They need to put on website that there closed not saying there open when there not, pretty bad management!"

"Whoever was on staff on 1/3/24 around 11am was extremely rude and straight up lied to my wife about a document she needed notarized. Whoever owns this location should find better staff. No I will not call just to hear your platitudes and excuses. Your employees were lazy and didnt want too do the notary work plain and simple. If your truly the owner and not just the manager then your employees lost you money today. You should be more concerned about that then trying to save face on Google reviews. you should seriously consider making staff changes if you want this location too be successful."

"This place is terrible. Once I yelled does anyone work here a very rude girl come out and told me she was busy and that I needed to take care of the package myself!!! When I asked for the manager, of course they were not in and the employee refused to give me her name or the managers name. When I called she hung up on me!! The owner and UPS should be ashamed to have employees represent the company in this manner. There are to many other places to take packages that are not rude and appreciate the business! They don't deserve a single star!!"

"I've had good experiences here the last several months- short wait times, friendly staff. Today I had to drop off a modem for Spectrum and Halisa (or Alicia? I am so sorry!) went above and beyond to get me squared away and taken care of."
