"The drivers I had was very nice also the seem to like they're job and the pricing is great but............. the one thing that's holding the company back is the GPS for the drivers. It takes why to long for the drivers to get to places due to GPS not pointing to the right direction. Most drivers seem to be driving around circles So with a New GPS system and advertising the business could be amazing"

"We called the day ahead to arrange transportation for a patient. The driver was very respectful and professional. He arrived early and waited for our patient since he wasn't ready. He stayed in communication with me. Excellent service and he went out of his way to ensure our patient got where he needed to be on time."

"Terrible service. Called for a car. Was assured that ETA was about 20 minutes. NO show. Called back after an hour. NO answer. Left message. NO callback. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Not the first time this has happened. They just leave you out there waiting when you could have explored other options. If you look at previous reviews the owner keeps saying that things will be corrected. Not going to happen. Do not waste your valuable time. I can't believe these people are in business. Call another local service. SMH."

"My first time ever in a cab, me a mother having my 2 boys with me ages 2 an 11. The driver took us to work and back. He was very polite and the car was clean and smelled great. If I ever need a cab again I will definitely call F&H. They also had the best rate in the area. There may be a few bad reviews but obviously they have done a lot to fix the problem, because I had no problem at all."
