There is trash all over the floor such as an old carton of curdled milk, dirty masks, wrappers, etc. The driver looks like he hasn't showered in weeks, and his car smells terrible. I had to spray myself with perfume when I got to work to make sure I didn't smell like his car"

"This gentleman refused to provide the estimated fare from my home to the airport. When he ARRIVED he then proceeded to tell us that the fare from Indian Trail to the airport would be $100, but he would take $80. Granted, it was 5:00am, and no other transportation service was available. I was ill, and was unable to take my husband to the airport. His car was FILTHY, smelly, and he was very unprofessional. (Can I say G H E T T O!!!) DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY STANDARDS AT ALL. HE WILL FALL GROSSLY SHORT. smh"

"I've never had someone tell me to get off the phone and figure out how much their service costed AFTER giving them the to and from addresses. Whats worse is I was doing this for a customer at my job going five minutes up the road. It was rude, and I know that man sat outside for 25 more minutes than I had been told."
