Reviews of Dr. Prem K. Chopra, MD
"Honestly this practice deserves 5 stars because the doctors and nurses are wonderful but the downfall to this practice is the front desk receptionist, they are very rude, will cut you off and just answer a phone call, will have you on hold for over an hour, just terrible women working behind the desk. It’s a children’s pediatrician practice and the last thing I need when I bring in my sick child is to be treated rudely & unprofessionally. I get they have a job that can also be stressful but it’s like they are always in the worst mood. Please do something about this Dr Chopra"
"Dr. Jennifer is a beautiful person and an amazing doctor. My daughter Natalia loves her.. she went above and beyond her duties when we went through a traumatic experience. The one one my daughter wants to give her her vaccine. I would absolutely recommend this place!! Everyone who works here is professional, courteous, and friendly. Plus, to top it off, it seems that they all actually know my child"
"I’m rating it a 4 because we love Jenn, the nurses have been amazing but in the past 4-5years the front desk has been awful. It’s very clean and I love that. If I didn’t love the care from the people that matter [in the back] the front desk would make me want to find another primary for my daughter. I’ve been here since she was born and it’s sad that this office gets a bad rep because of the people that are supposed to greet you. Even over the phone, there’s just no compassion or sense of sensitivity at all."
"If they don't find a new receptionist. I'm going to find a new doctor's. Unreal that they have her answering phone's and talking to people at the front desk. She is very rude and tells me to give my child cough meds and to call back when my child had been sick for a few days. And when I finally got him in he ended up with bronchitis. Only reason I stay is because we Love Jen"
"I can’t say enough great things about this office. First, they came to the hospital to do a baby checkup the day my son was born! When we were late for our first few appointments (we were new parents, had little sleep, and were getting used to the idea that it takes an hour to get out of the house) they didn't make us feel bad, or feel that we were wasting their time- they were understanding. I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding, but they were supportive. I broke down several times in their office, crying hysterically, and the nursing staff were all kind and supportive, giving me words of encouragement. The doctors are very down to earth, and just care that your baby is doing well- doesn’t matter how fast or slow they are progressing, and they don’t make you panicked, telling you what your baby should or should not be doing at any point. They just tell you how great you’re doing/how great your kid is doing- they are very encouraging. The BEST thing about them is they will NOT take you if you refuse to vaccinate your child! Otherwise, they will take any insurance, etc- they just want to make sure the children that go to their office are safe. I cannot say what a relief that was to see that policy. Also, they have a ‘sick’ and ‘healthy’ section of the waiting room, so no germs are crossed over- same for the rooms. The whole office is separated in two- with the right side for the sick, and the left side for the healthy. I just adore these doctors."
