"She was my dr growing up , she’s been my children’s dr for 10 years . She’s helped me so much and kept me very informed about my children and always have been helpful . I recommend her and Kelly to everyone . It’s a two woman show in there and they really make it so run smooth . We love you guys !"

"Hey so Jones, I won’t call her a doctor after a ton of things firsthand (which I will know makes her angry, because she was unprofessional with a patient of 15 years who didn’t call her doctor), has two pages for reviews. Look up her building name as well. I’m guessing because either one that was created first got so many atrocious reviews that she had to make a new one to hide that undeniable fact. Regardless I will post the same thing as I did on her other poorly reviewed page: Jones is unprofessional to her staff and patients, and it is legitimately insane with some of these reviews that she still has a practice. Healthcare has no place for someone who is mean, abrasive and unproductive for people who need it. If she needs a paycheck, Aldi is around the corner"

"Monica Jones is a very nasty and rude individual I highly do NOT recommend, she hung up the phone in my face when I called in regards to my child’s prescription and then lied when I called back, I’ve been dealing with her for 9 years going on 10 I tried to stay with Syracuse Pediatrics due to the fact that all of my kids have been going to her since they were newborns but today took the cake I would give a half of a star if I could that’s how unprofessional and disgusting she is. Monica Jones please do better"

"Monica jones herself has the best interest. But I went there as a kid and because of her approach of me being overweight and telling me to my face as a 6 year old that If I don’t stop eating I’ll die, and overall shaming me has engraved a severe fear of doctors now. I’m now an adult, 20 y/o and I cannot walk into an office without shaking and crying. She has a good heart but I hope throughout the years she has changed her approach. Because I’m genuinely traumatized."

"Doctor Jones was my pediatrician growing up and now both my kids go to her. The staff is very friendly, professional, and simply amazing. We've never had an issue with her or the nurses and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!"
