"had a prescription sent at 12 NOON. the pharmacy is now closed at 9 AT NIGHT. That’s almost 9 hours for a simple prescription I have been getting at this location for years. I cannot miss a day of this medication. They said it would be ready by 10am TOMORROW. I can’t wait that long. I tried to transfer my medication to a 24 hour CVS, however, they said they can get it to me at 8AM TOMORROW! How is this helpful???? Whoever picked up the phone was really rude and unhelpful. Now I have been on hold with another CVS for over 10 minutes"

"Pharmacy always seems to be a disaster. They don't respect appointment times (waiting up to 30+ mins for a shot) and recently they closed the pharmacy before my appointment time with no call/notification. I'm sure this is due to understaffing but I would recommend going somewhere else if you can."

"Very upset with them today I’ve been on hold for longer than an hour trying to get my medication. While I’m on hold someone answered the phone and you can hear them talking to other customers about how they don’t have anyone at the store right now and they need to relax and wait. The whole time I’m screaming hello on the phone for them to answer me and they put me right back on hold… then had the nerve to answer the phone again after another 30 mins of holding just to not answer me and I still hear the pharmacy people yelling at guest and then they put me on hold again I just hung up after almost 2 hours of waiting this will be my last time getting anything from them!!"

"Been to this CVS a few times. Overall its a good place to go to. Getting prescriptions from the pharmacy usually takes time and it is preferrable just to let them know you are waiting and then get back to them."
