"Heard a dog squealing. My husband looks and they are kneeling on my dog. She is well behaved. After the vet saw her she agreed that was unnecessary because of have docile she was. I was told because my husband was furious he was no longer allowed to come. I explained what happened and they said they looked at the camera no one was kneeling on the dog. I saw this and my husband. So I asked for the video. Shocker they never sent it to me. Do not leave your pets in the care of this facility. Go to any other one."
"What utter waste of time. This place isn’t equipped to handle cats. They’ll charge for vaccinations & for the consultation without doing anything. The point of the vet is to get answers for your sick pets but I got no answers, only complaints about my cat being ‘aggressive’. It’s an insult to take people’s money without giving them service. Also, why was the vaccine administered on my cat but everything else they were unable to do because she was aggressive? I shouldn’t have to pay for a consultation fee if they did nothing. Also why do we make appointment if they are going to take the patients late? I waited past my appointment time for my animal to be seen. If you’re a cat owner, take them somewhere else. Somewhere equipped to take on cats."
"Luv this place my dog has been a patient of Banfield for many years since the age of 1 he's an old man now about 8 anyway what I love most is that your information of your pet is in there system you can go to a Banfield anywhere and they'll be able to care for your pet all their medical records is in the system. I just love it. I love the doctors and their assistants."
