"We rented a ballroom for an event. We are not satisfied with the management. We had a contract in place since September and the person who gave us the contract was fired(which is not our problem) and the Saturday before the event in December they called us saying they couldn’t honor our contract the way it was and the we had to pay $1400 extra. Kayla the event manager & Robert were very nice but that doesn’t take the sour taste that we had to pay extra for something we didn’t know about. Some of the wait staff was rude to a couple of guest due to mixed up orders. There was no need to shout at us. Lastly we had a couple people helping decorate and there was chatter about people coming in early and the event space not being until 7. I did notify them that there was nobody there early who wasn’t helping decorate."

"Stayed for two nights. I let the front desk know I had no heat (it’s winter). They said they would fix it in the morning. The morning came and I let the front desk know again and nothing, no checks or fixing. There was a party there the first night and me my wife and daughter had to stay up till midnight, which is when they stopped the music. They have a sign up saying after 10pm is quite time. Like I mentioned the party went on till midnight. This was a terrible place to be with my family. The look and impression on the outside was very misleading."

"Hello Thank you for taking the time to read my review . Our experience was absolutely awful from the staff to the room . It was very disappointing and I’m extremely upset. The customer service was terrible, we ended up checking out @ 2:30am to drive all the way to New Hampshire due to people in the next room having sex for hours and screaming so loud the entire state of New York could probably hear. We spoke to guest service and they were not helpful at all and refused to refund us. The rooms was full of mold and bad smell. Kindly Natasha the"

"My expectations of the property were not met. The location which is based on my needs served my purpose BUT..as a place to sleep, the room is extremely loud. The windows are ineffective for the amount of highway noise directly outside. There are no blinds or other window treatment to provide complete darkness in the room. Some people want to sleep in on vacation. The television isn't advanced enough for connections to streaming. Make that your home screen. The bathroom-lighting options are poor. The tub shows signs of debris or pure grossness, not everyone travels with shower shoes. Traveler tip. Use a towel in the stall. The beds were not comfortable at all. Not a complaint but the sliding door behind the sink was genius if it was intended how I used it..just my opinion, make that a mirror. That added tough would have erased MY need to write a review. May this review attract a potential customer, and may that customer come back to discuss. "Very nice hotel with a professional staff, but as others have stated in their reviews, noise is a big issue. They tend to have a lot of events in their banquet rooms and the walls are paper thin. You can hear guests in the hallway and even in the next room. Other than that, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is pretty decent. It's not the Ritz, but it's not a roadside flop house either and I would probably stay here again."
