"Booked a room here through my chase card and put on my reservation that I had a cat, got to the hotel weeks later and they tried to tell me they are only dog friendly. Never heard of a place that was only dog friendly but luckily they allowed me to stay anyway... with the caveat that I would get no room service for my "dangerous cat" AND 5 have to keep him caged. Ridiculous. The rooms themselves are pretty nice but more what I would expect from a normal hotel, not one advertising as luxury. Some of the doors had noticeable damage to them as if they'd been broken/kicked in. In my room it was impossible to turn off the fan in the bathroom, so if you have sensitive hearing keep that in mind as it could be very loud. The key cards as extremely finicky and floor two doesn't work in the left most elevator so enjoy taking the stairs. The breakfast was oatmeal, eggs, and pork sausage most days and is over by 9 am so good luck enjoying that. The saving grace of this place was the location. You're right in the middle of the mall and have access to the metro north to go into the city. Central to highways and public transport as well. Other than that there was only one girl who was nice to me. I wish I knew her name but she was the desk agent who checked me in. Good luck travelers."

"My husband and I were here for work and stayed a few days and everything was welcoming and clean, everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean and fresh every day. The day we went to check out our truck wouldn't crank and my husband happened to ask the chief engineer of the hotel by chance and he was so helpful and nice. Thank you all for making our stay so nice, we will be back. Also a BIG THANK YOU to the CHIEF ENGINEER for your help"

"Wonderful hotel next to Cross Country Mall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast included is a great convenience. Dining area and food stations are kept tidy and clean. Hotel staff is courteous and professional. Parking is free and is shared with mall parking. Security patrol maintains a close watch on the area. Lobby is gorgeous and bar area is cozy. Would highly recommend."

"In the heart of the city, this hotel stands as a sanctuary of peace, luxury, and some of the most delightful gastronomic experiences I've ever had. Conveniently located, rooms are modern and not too filthy. The rooms are cleaned every other day, by the way. You gotta request a microwave for your room and the on site laundry facilities suck. Very unsuitable for any type of long term stay. Good for a 3 day-er. For visiting family but they ain't got enough beds in the house and you just need a bed. It's basically a very nice motel with a tiny bit of room svc. The continental breakfast was consistently decent as well..."

"We stayed in this hotel in late September 2023 for 2 nights and paid $350/night. I would not recommend this hotel. No room service at all, cannot change towels (they have a sign put them on a bed if you need to change them, but towels will not be replaced because they are not coming to your room to refresh it and there is no sign to refresh a room), Very strong smell of marijuana on the floor and in elevator, and we had very noisy clients until 1 am every night in rooms next to our room. So, it was no pleasure staying in this hotel when you pay top money and are expecting a nice stay."
