"My husband bought one of this guy's Van's for 1500. We received the title, and we took the info to go get the tags and all. We got there and they said the dude hadn't had it notarized. We were told to come back at 7 to have it done, but when we got there the gates were freaking locked. They knew we would be there at 6:45. If we do not get the title notarized by close of business tomorrow we expect a full refund or we will be taking this guy to court. Period."
