"I love Airborne Taxi. This company has outstanding service, perfect on time , and drivers are always kind, gentle, and respectful. I Highly recommend this company"
"I will never use this taxi service again even though I live on base. I schedule a ride from Amtrak station to Fort Liberty. The mileage was 10.1 miles. Because my train was late, they charged me a flat fee of $40 when I could have took an Uber for less than $15. Not only that they had two other riders that had to be dropped off in Hope mills first which was more than 25 miles away or more away and they paid $50. I talk to the dispatcher/owner and he made it seem like he did me a favor. The cab service needs to inform customer how much the fare is and if they charge for additional fees before taking a rider. I found the owner to be unreasonable , rude, and belligerent."
"Good Review: I was nervous about the lack of transportation options to the Fayetteville Airport, especially since I needed a 4:30am pick up. However I had a good experience with Airborne Taxi. Booking Experience: I called in a day before my pickup time to confirm they had availability. Once confirmed, they asked me to text them the details for pick up/drop off. They told me they'd call me 15 minutes prior to pick up time (which they did). Travel Experience: Everything went as planned. My cab was early, we had a pleasant conversation to the airport, and I made it there on time. I'm very grateful for the service. I believe Peter was my driver; super nice guy. Two Additional Notes: 1. My backup plan was to take an Uber if the taxi didn't show; however, our driver informed us that although you can reserve an Uber for early morning drives, no one will actually fulfill the reservation (not enough Uber drivers interested in early morning drives). I can't check the accuracy of the statement, but might be worth considering. 2. During the drive, my driver took a call from someone who wanted a cab immediately, and the driver told him it was likely no one was available; he needed to book in advance if he wanted someone to pick him up that early (It was 4:30am)."
"Title: A Shocking Experience with Airborne Taxi Cab Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Airborne Taxi Cab, and I must say it was a ride I'll never forget, but for all the wrong reasons. From the moment I approached the driver at the airport, I sensed that something was off. Initially, he hesitated to take me to my destination, and when he finally agreed, his pricing seemed arbitrary and kept changing throughout the journey. The real nightmare began when another passenger with a service animal joined the ride. We were heading in the opposite direction, which made no sense at all. When I questioned the driver about the fare, he became hostile and started yelling, all while driving erratically. Fearing for my safety and that of the other passenger, I decided to record the incident on my phone. When I asked for the driver's name, he refused to provide it and continued his erratic driving. At one point, he even violently knocked my iPhone 13 Pro Max out of my hand, shattering the back of it. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked him to unlock the back of the vehicle so I could retrieve my belongings, he abruptly accelerated, almost causing me to fall out of the moving taxi. It was a horrifying experience. In the end, the other passenger and I had to call 911 for assistance as the driver continued to verbally abuse us. This whole ordeal left me shaken and disappointed with Airborne Taxi Cab. Their unprofessionalism, dangerous driving, and complete disregard for passenger safety are inexcusable. I strongly advise against using this taxi service and hope that others can avoid such a traumatic experience."
"Only use as a LAST RESORT. Twice as expensive as Uber. If I’d known how bad this service was, I would’ve waited the 30 mins for an Uber rather than take this taxi service. Extremely confusing to schedule. Vehicle had trash everywhere. Driver was actively texting/calling people during the 17-minute drive—despite being in the middle of a thunderstorm. Driver backed into one of my trees while trying to find the driveway (?). I’m thankful the tree didn’t break. Also very thankful that she stopped when I noticed she was running over my tree, because if she hadn’t stopped, she would’ve backed down the slope (especially while muddy and wet) and into my front yard. The driver was very clearly either inexperienced or not paying attention to her mirrors. Overall, very unprofessional. Only use as an ABSOLUTE last resort."
