"My dad has been dealing with a serous medical issue and Dr. He is definitely the type of doctor to have. He is very kind, professional, and compassionate. He listen to us and is very patient with all the questions we have. He explains things very clearly and answers all our questions. He is a wonderful doctor. We are so grateful to have him as the doctor to help heal my father with his medical issues during this time. We also see Dr. Ma and he is just as friendly and professional. The whole office has been great. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The office is very organized and there is never a long wait to see the doctor. Definitely recommend Dr. He and his team!"

"I was sending my mom to this doctor. The front desk was very kind and welcoming, but the women doctor was so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. As I was asking questions she was giving a lot of attitudes and it was horrible."

"Doctor He is nice and help me everything he could. But one lady in the receptionist is having the worst attitude. When I call at 9.30am to make sure what is the appointment for today’s visit. She said, “we just got here, why are you call right at 9.30?” And hung up on me. This should not be happening because you represent all of the staff and doctor in the office, and her behavior on how to treat their patients make me wonder why I came here in the first place."

"The doctors are nice. The only problem is the receptionist. There is a brown girl who always like to yell people and doesn’t seems patient when answering questions. Also, that girl will try to say almost impossible for setting up something. Try to talk with other girls. They will try to help you out."
