He said that she was really good and she was better than good. I dreaded this but it was virtually pain free. This woman is amazing! How she made torture almost pain free is a wonder. "I highly recommend this practice. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. This review is specifically about Christina Spinelli, the Revenue Cycle Manager who works in the billing department. She makes sure that the practice gets every cent that its owed. However, it means that she has to have tough conversations with patients, and sometimes having to refuse treatments until payments are made. That being said, she cares. She will work with patients to find the best solutions to get their finances sorted out quickly. If additional actions need to be taken, she will makes sure to point people in the right direction toward a resolution. Christina is an advocate for both patients and healthcare providers alike, which is a rare, and wonderful combination that helps a practice put its best foot forward."
