"Hi I recently encountered the extraordinary & outstanding customer service from Tasia I live 2hrs away from Charlotte and there was a ball cap that only the South Park store had and Tasia went above & beyond for me to obtain this hat. She stuck with me from beginning to end to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate her so much if only my small town in South Carolina had a Michael's kors store she would hands be my personal favorite associate."

"I was more than happy with this location. I want to thank Bailey for helping me with my purchase of a lock necklace I bought from the Michael Kors in Northlake Mall. The manager in Northlake mall was very very rude and disrespectful to me when I simply went in to do the same thing Bailey did for me! He needs to be fired. He has the worst customer service ever. "Kelcy was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to my aunt. We spend thousands of dollars in This store and she was trying to returning something that didn't fit and had spoken to another employee Jennifer who is super sweet verifying she could still do the return. It's all in writing via text. She had the messages to show and Kelcy REFUSED to even look at the messages. She belittled my aunt for wearing a mask as she was not wearing one for whatever reason saying things like "seems like you're having a bad day" "I can't tell if you're smiling under that thing but I think you're having a bad day" and getting hostile with my aunt who was completely calm. I have worked for Michael Kors in the past and currently work retail, and that is NOT how you treat clients at all. Especially ones who shell out a ton of money to you and especially not after a global pandemic that hit everyone hard. We both reported her to corporate. 10/10 do not recommend."
