"Please diversify your employee base in an effort to notice EVERY race. As a phenomenal client of Chicos, I have always been greeted upon entering the boutique. The elderly Caucasian women that are employed at this location looked right through me each time I tried to make eye contact. No fitting room offered. No personality for "my type". Quite jovial and accommodating to their kind. I have been a Chicos client for over 20-years....do better REA Road Location. My money is green as well. UPDATE:I received a sincere follow-up from the representative of this boutique. They were very apologetic and assured me that the issue would be addressed in an expedient manner. They expressed that noone should be made to feel the way I felt at this boutique. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Apology accepted and truly appreciated"

"This store discriminates against individuals with underlying medical conditions! I will NEVER shop here again....they have lost a customer for life. I attempted to shop at this store today mask free and was immediately met at the front door by Melinda, who blatantly informed me I could not come in without a mask. I calmly explained to her I have underlying medical conditions prohibiting me from wearing a mask. She still refused to allow me entrance. I explained I have in my possession a “medical exempt” card allowing me to freely shop without a mask. I was still denied. This is discrimination.... plain and simple. I have filed a complaint with the DOJ and will be filing a civil lawsuit against Melinda! Thank you!"

"Very disappointed in the customer service. I was never acknowledged at any time. I had to ask for a dressing room. When checking out, the associate Terry was very rude. She did not speak to me at all. Instead, she chose to greet and speak to another customer. I really like the clothing but am very disappointed in the treatment I received."

"I tried to return an item, with tags on and receipt. Never worn!! It was passed return date which was MY fault, but didn't try to help me out with why did I want to return then, or what could they do to make me happy! Just said can't do anything about it and moved on. Tall woman at Stonecrest was asst mgr. Not happy with them and I am sure they won't care losing a customer. But this past year I have spent hundreds of dollars there. Very unhappy with Chico's"

"I went into Chico’s with my mother to find some outfits for our family vacation and the customer service was awful. No one at all asked if there was anything my mother needed. It maybe because My mother skin completion is not the same as theirs. The sales lady asked everyone else if they are trying to find a particular item except us. Chico’s please find works that love their job and love to help regardless of race. Maybe that way you will have better reviews. This was the Chico’s in Stonecrest."
