"Bought 8 pairs of shoes online, went to return 3 to this store that didn't fit (sperry's website will refer you to this location for returns), drove 2 hours to get there only to be turned away by a guy who said "we only take returns on items we sell here in this store, can't help you", offering no remedy. So now I'm having to pay fees to return my items, wasted hours of my time, and certainly feel like a valued customer whose been spending thousands on their brand for years. There are plenty of businesses who don't create headaches when you try to spend your money, I recommend you steer clear of this one."
